Southern Blessed is a micro-enterprise and culinary operation founded by past employee and community member, Roxie Foster. Roxie prepares homestyle dishes that pay tribute to her Southern roots. Offerings include banana pudding, peach cobbler, barbecue ribs, baked chicken, seafood and chicken salad, and strawberry lemonade.

The market supports with the platform, food preparation facilities, marketing and sales, while Southern Blessed employs the vision, operations, cooking and manufacturing. 100% of the profits are reinvested into the micro-enterprise. Southern Blessed still operates today.
